You can choose any area code you like — one in your own calling area or one elsewhere in the country (most area codes are available) and Canada. You can also keep your current number if you prefer. You don't have to lose your number if you switch to CallMaster. We can transfer 90% of the telephone numbers in the United States.

The CallMaster network is fully redundant. We are interconnected via three tier one IP backbone providers. VoIP is managed utilizing two separate platforms in conjunction with the resources of at least three domestic and international carriers at all times, insuring call completion and quality of service. CallMaster stands behind the product we deliver, redundancy, back up and overflow are automatic.

Much of CallMaster's success can be attributed to our attention to detail. All network functions are constantly monitored by our NOC 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

CallMaster numbers are available in all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii and Most of Canada.

Keep your existing Numbers:

Keep your existing phone numbers, whether it be your home or office number in the United States or Canada. If your business has Toll Free numbers, these too can be kept.
We will need your authorization to request the transfer of the service. This process usually takes a few days to a week, sometimes a little longer for the Toll Free numbers. Samples of these two forms can be reviewed, filled out and sent by fax to 305-675-3751. You may also fill out scan and send to support@callmaster.com

Rates for the Toll Free service is 3.9 cents from the United States and 5.9 cents from Canada terminating to any country in the world. There is no minimum usage per month.

However, there is a one time charge of $10.95 setup and a monthly service charge $4.99.
