     Does VoIP Replace My Telephone Line?

  • cIt can but we recommend that you keep your telephone service because if you lose power to your computer or your Internet connection goes down you will not be able to make and receive VoIP calls.
    It's better to look upon VoIP as a way to reduce your long distance telephone charges as well as utilizing many of the new advanced features that are available through this technology.

  • If you are a new customer, then your account will be activated after you sign up from one of our representatives or thru our website. A “softphone” will allow you to use the system usually within 24 hours. When using the phone adaptor or ATA, this is dependent on the delivery time required to ship to your location.

  • You can use CallMaster Voip anytime and anyplace you are able to connect with your voip service as long as you have an internet connection. All CallMaster plans can also be used in all countries, where you have internet. If you need to call from another country you just need an internet connection, your phone adaptor ATA and power source.
